Yes absolutely. We’ll explain all work we plan to carry out on your car at the time of the estimate and once your repairs have been completed.
It's entirely your choice on who repairs your vehicle in the event of an accident. Insurance companies usually direct policyholders to their 'approved' accident repair centres, however this may not necessarily be the best choice for your car.
Yes! We’ll provide you with a vehicle while your car is being repaired. Some insurance companies charge an administration fee to cover this so it is best to check this.
We’ll give your vehicle a free Wash & Vac or can arrange a full valet for a small fee.
We will tell you how long any repairs will take when you receive your estimate or drop your vehicle off with us. This will be an estimated completion date.
Any work we do is guaranteed for five years and parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
No we would honour the warranty for the panels we have worked on.
